Chisholm is Victoria’s premier public vocational education and training provider, with campuses located across Melbourne and the south east.

An active member of the Chisholm Leadership Group, providing expertise in delivering an enriched student experience to grow market share, revenue and student experience from enquiry to enrolment.

With a focus on developing and implementing customer service models that deliver market leading customer experience using people, processes, data and technology.

Your key accountabilities will be to:

  • Lead and drive for service excellence
  • Continuously improve and develop innovative practices to maximise the conversion of leads to appropriately qualifies enrolments
  • Enhance the end-to-end student experience
  • Lead the Student Enquiry and Enrolment Services team


You will have relevant tertiary qualifications in business, marketing or communication or extensive experience in a similar role.

Crucial to your success will be your proven track record in leadership and management role. You will have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders in a highly collegiate manner. You will have the ability to lead a culture of excellence in operations and service excellence.

Experience in higher/vocational education sector is desirable.
