The role of the Teacher is to:

  • Share knowledge and experience in your specialist area

  • Manage the learning process to enable students to achieve their best

  • Develop and deliver relevant and industry current course material

  • Ensure that their own professioinal teaching and vocational competence and currency is kept up to date along with licensing requirements.


  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE40116 or TAE40110 plus units TAEASS502 and TAELLN411

  • Current first aid qualifications / accreditation to deliver first aid units

  • Relevant industry experience

  • Experience in delivery to a broad and varied range of cohorts

  • Strong communication and customer relation skills

  • Current Victorian Working with Children Check

  • Police Check (not older than 12 months)
