TAFE Gippsland is seeking a highly accomplished and experienced leader to join our Educational Delivery team in this key role. The Program Manager is responsible for the leadership of staff within the Business Services division and for driving continuous improvements to ensure training is of the highest quality and student attendance, retention and achievement are maximised. Reporting to the Head of Department Service Industries, the Program Manager is responsible for the design, delivery and evaluation of current Business Services course offerings and for the implementation and growth of new course opportunities.
As the Program Manager, you are an outstanding leader with a demonstrated track record in coaching, mentoring and motivating teams and individuals to deliver on quality training and assessment outcomes. You are an exceptional communicator with a strong customer service focus, and the ability to develop positive networks and stakeholder relationships.
You have substantial teaching experience with specialist knowledge and skills in the development and coordination of training programs, resources and curriculum. Ideally, you will have vocational experience in one of the delivery areas of responsibility or have a passion for the industry sector. Your ability to plan, organise and get new ideas off the ground will be the key to your success.
A six month probationary period applies to this position. Successful applicants must hold a current Driver’s Licence and will be required to satisfy a National Police Record Check and a Victorian Working with Children Check.
