Position overview/your opportunity
  • Part-time 22.8 hours per week, fixed-term contract (18 months)
  • Warrnambool Campus
  • $54,394 per annum (pro-rata), plus superannuation
The Administration Officer supports the day-to-day operations of the meat training, bakery, food processing, hospitality and commercial cookery teaching departments. The position undertakes a range of administrative tasks associated with the delivery of funded and commercial teaching programs. The position provides a high level of administrative support to the Manager, Senior Educators and teaching staff.
The must haves
Mandatory requirements
  • Certificate IV in Business (Administration) or equivalent qualification or a willingness to undertake plus relevant business/industry experience
  • Employee Victorian Working with Children and satisfactory Police Check
  • A current driver’s licence
Highly desirable requirements
  • Experience using Microsoft Office products and relevant industry software and programs
  • Experience in Vocational Education & Training (VET) Industry
