Role Type: 7 months Full Time Fixed Term

Remuneration: $ 56,245 - $ 60,733 per annum + superannuation (dependent on qualification & experience)

Bendigo TAFE and Kangan Institute are the TAFE trading brands of Bendigo Kangan Institute. We are one of Victoria's largest TAFE providers, with over 40,000 enrolled students per annum. We offer vocational training to students from all over the northern metro corridor as well as Loddon Campaspe regions. We are currently seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join our Skills and Jobs Centre team at Broadmeadows Campus.

The Role:

The position is responsible for responding to and triaging enquiries, assisting with jobtrainer enquiries, scheduling appointments, entering records and data on databases, assisting with workshop arrangements and providing professional administrative support services for the delivery and reporting of the Skills and Jobs Centre requirements.

Required Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree or Diploma in Business/Administration or similar area of study, or suitable combination of lesser formal qualifications and relevant work experience.
  • The incumbent must have a high level of communication skills and be a proficient user of Microsoft office suite and databases.
  • Experience working in a TAFE or an educational institution or an employment organisation would be preferred
  • A valid Working with Children Check (WWC) Assessment Notice and/or WWC card
  • Police Check
  • Evidence of eligibility to work in Australia
